"I have always loved cooking and entertaining. I am the wife of a Retired Air Force Officer and through our many travels I have learned to appreciate and prepare many international and American regional cuisines. I use fresh ingredients and love growing my own herbs. Variety is a major focus of my business as it contributes to healthy eating and provides my clients with a wide array of dining options. The old saying that "you are what you eat" is so true, so I strive to help people to eat healthier so they can be healthier!"

Scott Houghton is a lifelong professional cook. He has worked in many top-rated restaurants; opened restaurants in several cities; and managed multiple kitchens as a corporate chef du cuisine. More recently, Scott has been a private chef for a corporate headquarters and private residence in Washington D.C. which allowed him to focus almost exclusively on food, technique and the joy of cooking and hospitality. He also has experience in community outreach for healthy cooking and nutrition education. He is passionate about strengthening communities through food in all possible ways.
Scott is from Louisiana which heavily influences his cooking. He went to Baltimore International Culinary College (BICC) before returning to New Orleans where he worked, followed by Caracas, Miami and Washington D.C. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children who are the joys of his life.
Joe Goodman is professionally trained Chef with over 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. His love for food and hospitality started at a very young age. His family owned and operated a small organic farm in Prince Georges County Maryland. His first fond food memories are of pulling fresh produce out of the earth, tending to the honeybees, and collecting freshly hatched eggs. This connection to food has only grown in Joe over the years. He loves from scratch cooking, vegetable fermentation, sour dough bread, and charcuterie. His approach to food is simple with a focus on freshness, locality, and sustainability. His off time is spent cooking lavish meals for his lovely wife and taking long hikes in Rock Creek Park with his dog Pepperoni.
