"I just wanted to let you know that I had the fish with lemon butter sauce and the confetti vegetables for dinner last night.  They were fabulous.  I particularly love the vegetables.  I could have made a meal out of them alone.  Today, I had the Asian turkey salad for lunch.  Not at all what I was thinking!  It was wonderful.  That can go on the menu anytime!  Tonight I will probably have the fish with crab cakes.  I am loving how light the salad and the fish were.  Just what I was thinking.

"I had to write again to let you know how perfect the meals are!  My son came for dinner last night, and we all had the fish topped with crab, and asparagus sauté.  It was very good.  I served it with a nice green salad, and the meal was perfect and simple.  For lunch today, I had the Greek chicken and orzo with the ratatouille.  Absolutely excellent.  I also had the chicken with green olives and port sauce, with summer squash for lunch yesterday. Excellent!!  The food has been nice and light, the flavors wonderful and the portion size seems to be fine.  I am really enjoying the vegetables.  So, once again, thank you! "
